Classes I Offer

Whether you’re new to fitness or have been doing push-ups before you were walking, we’ve got options for you! Every month I switch-up my classes to keep your mind entertained and to keep your body from plateauing. Every class is results-driven! I mix in unique movement that is based on your fitness level and always provide options that you can do! My live classes are kept small so you get the attention necessary to keep good form & boost your confidence. At the same time you get the opportunity to develop personal relationships with other like-minded participants. I call my classes, GROUP TRAINING – a blend of personal training and group exercise.
