- Food Rehab – let’s start from scratch and re-learn food! Determine what foods fuel your body to function at its finest.
- Goal Getters – this workshop will focus on helping the individual establish specific goals that are realistic and achievable. A timeline will be set and accountability check points will be implemented. Each person will walk away with a 3, 6 and 12 month plan that is applicable to either her career, relationship(s) or health.
- Who the Hell Do You Think You Are? – this workshop gets to your core values. What are they and how have they changed over the years. We do some soul-searching and help guide you to finding solutions to your challenges. This is a introspective development course that helps us adapt to change, accept that we need to change; it will take us out of our comfort zone and into a zone that perhaps will make us uncomfortable at first, but will let us realize we are here to have the best life possible by doing what we were born to do.
