This recipe is quick, easy and a one-pot wonder that even your kids will enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 lb ground grass fed beef or Organic ground turkey
1 large organic onion, diced
6 organic garlic cloves, chopped
28oz canned diced organic tomatoes
1t turmeric
1T garlic powder
1T onion powder
2 tsp thyme
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1c frozen cauliflower rice
1 head organic green cabbage, chopped
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Directions:
1. Grease large pan add meat and diced onion, brown ground meat over medium heat.
2. Add garlic, tomatoes and spices, stir and simmer on medium low for 10min
3. Add frozen cauliflower rice and chopped cabbage, cover and cook on medium low for 15min
4. Add balsamic vinegar just before serving
