Roman’s Breakfast Pizza (super-low carb)

Roman’s Breakfast Pizza!

Created by a 5-year-old, delish enough for all ages.


  • 4 whole, pasture-raised eggs
  • 4 oz egg whites
  • 3 T organic marinara sauce (can swap with pesto)
  • 1/4 cup chopped white or red onions
  • 1 heaping spoonful of coconut flour (used to thicken)
  • 1 dash of organic garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of pink salt
  • 1-2 ounces of good-quality cheese of your choice
  • 1 glass pan (we used 8×8″)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray glass pan with high-heat cooking spray (i.e. Avocado oil)
  3. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, onions coconut flour, garlic powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth and consistent
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Take out of oven and spread the sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top
  6. Bake for an additional 2 minutes

Serves 2-3 people
