Calling all wannabe gumbies! Are you looking for the MOST effective way to get more flexible? This 60-minute drop-in class purely focuses on flexibility training using the Pole and other props. This is ideal for those who are interested in significantly enhancing their range of motion – everywhere on their body.
We will also incorporate a variety of props to safely stretch our bodies to the next level of fitness. The beautiful thing about stretch training is you are NEVER too old to get more flexible!
No experience necessary. Pairs nicely with Empowered Yoga!
