Level 4, Four Week Series:
• Week 1: Review Level 3 with floor choppers, teacups (cross knee and cross ankle release), superman and basic inverts
• Week 2: Aerial Choppers
• Week 3: Basic Climbs; Side Climbs, Inverted climbs, chopper climbs, etc.
• Week 4: Inside/outside leg hangs, jade splits, allegra, brass monkey
