So, what is mobility? It’s a combination of strength and flexibility. Mobility is the ability of a joint to move through a range of motion. In this special pop-up workshop, you will be engaging in maneuvers that incorporate yoga, PNF flexibility training, strengthening of the joint, and dynamic movements. These techniques will benefit dancers of all genre. Beginner or a pro, you’ll benefit from this class and make gains in your ability to move on a pole, on a chair, or simply through the room.
