Tapping is a quick and easy way to re-frame an over-stuffed to-do list, reduce cortisol levels and possibly become the life-of-the-party!
Tapping combines mindfulness and energy psychology to rewire the brain and to promote mental-emotional freedom. Yoga teaches self-awareness and self-acceptance. Tapping is a way of acknowledging and accepting ourselves (our freaking story), turning-off our fear habit (that keeps us stuck) and igniting our positive free & can. We are all under the influence of powerful hormones. Tapping elevates the feel-good hormones and reduces harmful stress hormones. Tapping is act of self-love only you have the power to choose. You are the conscious designer of your life; change your habits with your own two hands.
