The Easiest Vegan Pudding – Ever!

Ok, if you are at all like me, you LOVE good, healthy food – and it is even better when it requires little time and effort to make!   #feedmefast

I came up with this idea because I was inspired by a chocolate and avocado pudding I made recently – and I was out of avocados but had soft tofu.

I am a pudding snob and can honestly say this pudding/mousse is the and appropriate for non-Vegans and picky eaters too!

Don’t you dare knock this before you try it. This dish is packed with protein and will serve as a healthy serving of fat.
