I created this super-satisfying and crowd-pleasing recipe after visiting one of my favorite restaurants and getting inspired (Mad Mex, yaaasss). Take this dish to your next party and pair it with sliced cucumbers, blue corn chips, or plop it on top of ahi tuna. Enjoy with your favorite tequila and have a blast.
Ingredients (all organic):
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 cup of diced pineapple and mango (buy these frozen to make it easier/cleaner to chop). Note: you can substitute one gala apply instead of tropical fruits.
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- Sprinkle on garlic powder and pink salt to taste.
Mix and mash it up!
