Option to swap chicken with grass-fed/grass-finished beef or all-natural turkey
- 1 lb lean ground chicken (no skin)
- 1 egg
- chopped scallions
- Italian seasonings
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4c panko breadcrumbs
Mix well, and place in a sprayed muffin pan (small sized muffins). Place on a bed of Zoodles and your favorite sauce!
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
