Mint Chocolate Protein Pancakes!

Ok, you be the judge, but I think I have figured out the missing ingredient in my protein pancakes that will make non-health nuts believe they’re eating real pancakes vs. our healthy trickery versions.

Below are the ingredients I recommend for maximum satisfaction & health benefits.  The list is void of artificial ingredients/gmo’s/hormones.  Feel free to swap out what you want in order to make them…but if you can follow this recipe to a “T” let me know what you think!

Ingredients (will serve two people)

  • 2 Organic Eggs
  • 1/2 cup purified water
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 scoops IsaLeanShake – Mint Chocolate Flavor (NOTE:  or use your favorite flavor…like Pumpkin!)
  • 1/2 cup Organic hulled hemp seeds (I use IsaCrunch) ***this is the secret!  NIX the oats!
  • Optional but REALLY tasty- add one scoop of IsaGreens

Use an immersion blender or Magic bullet to blend your batter.

Pour into a pan on medium heat – flip – stack and add ghee OR 1 dark chocolate chip to each pancake as you stack and let it melt!  This last part is totally optional, but heck, if you really want to impress your eaters, do it!
