This is a great family recipe, because everyone can customize it to his or her own liking. Use it for tacos, burritos, a sandwich, or as a salad topper. And the best part, leftovers are amazing!
- 1 Jar of organic, medium-heat salsa
- 1 Package of taco seasoning
- 3-4 anti-biotic-free chicken breasts, cut in halves
Combine all ingredients in a Crockpot for 4 hours. Shred with a fork, serve on top of romaine lettuce, top with shredded cheese, or full-fat sour cream.
