Essentially you just need THREE little ingredients to get yo CHOCOLATE fix! The sky is the limit with these puppies. Add nuts, nibs, fresh coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, your fave nut butter, espresso, or good-quality protein powder to spice it up. These are undeniably satisfying as the fat content is high and low sugar count is low which will help to keep your hunger hormones from spiking.
- 1 can of Coconut Milk (OR try any other higher fat milk that is conducive to your blood type such as Elmhurst milked nuts…my fave is their Walnut).
- 2 heaping Tablespoons of coco powder (organic, unsweetened)
- 4 tablespoons of Monkfruit calorie-free sweetener
Put the above ingredients into a blender and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!
