Keto Sunbutter Muffins (tastes like PB&J!)

This recipe is unbelievable.  You MUST try these!  
Makes a bakers dozen.
*5 net carbs

Ingredients:
🔸 1 small jar (2 cups) non-GMO Sunbutter (make from sunflower seeds)  
🔹 2 organic eggs
🔸 1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice 
🔹 4 tablespoons Monk fruit sweetener
🔸 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🔹 1 teaspoon baking soda
🔸 Half teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
🔹 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries ( or your favorite organic berries )

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl add nut butter, eggs, milk, sweetener and vanilla. Stir until thickened smooth, then stir in the baking soda and salt. Use a silicone muffin pan. Still spray each cup with organic cooking spray.

Hand place in 3 to 5 berries per muffin.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Note: if you’re using raspberries for some reason the muffins might turn green in the middle. I have no idea why…so someone can let me know.  LOL!
