By day, I work as an online Body Transformation Coach and TV fitness expert on Pittsburgh Today Live with Channel 2. I’ve created two online programs — The Perfect 10! and The Envision Transformation — designed to help women fall in love with who they see in the mirror by focusing on fitness, nutrition, and mindset shifts that truly last.
By night, I moonlight as the curator of all things pole dance at my beloved studio, FitnessEnvi.
In my “free” time, I’m a Pro Bikini Competitor with the OCB, co-host of The Natural Edge Podcast, and an elite posing coach for natural athletes. Basically, if it involves glutes, gemstones, or goal-setting — I’m in.
I’m also a proud mom to an incredible 8-year-old son, Roman, and wife to a man with the patience of a saint and the looks of a movie star.
Of course, this is just the highlight reel — like everyone, I have my share of struggles and less-than-glamorous days. But through it all, I remain endlessly grateful for the gift of health and for the opportunity to help others live their strongest, happiest lives.
I minored in Dance when I was in college, and movement has always been a huge part of my life. In 2007, I was introduced to pole dancing through Fitness with a Twist—the very first pole studio in Pittsburgh! From the moment I stepped into that space, something inside me shifted.
I quickly fell in love with pole because it challenged me in ways I had never experienced before. Despite my traditional dance background, I realized that very little of what I knew transferred over to the pole. It humbled me—and at the same time, it sparked a fire in me. I wanted to understand it. I wanted to push myself past the frustration and into mastery.
By 2012, my passion had grown so strong that I decided to open my own studio. Teaching was a natural step, because I’ve always been a true teacher at heart. My purpose is to help women succeed—to guide them toward their goals, watch them grow in strength and confidence, and witness them achieving things they never thought were possible.
Pole has never just been a form of fitness or dance for me—it’s been a lifelong love, a constant evolution, and a practice that keeps me grounded, strong, and inspired. I know without a doubt that I’ll be pole dancing until the day I die.
