This drop-in class is an acrobatic/yoga circuit training class! Move from one unique station to the next and the hour will fly by. Sweat will be lost, fat will be shed, and muscles will be defined. 60 minutes of full-body conditioning.
Open to all levels and abilities. Stations include Lyra, poles, stall bars, ballet barre, gymnastics rings, push-up bars, stability balls, balance disks, jump rope and more!
Wear: form-fitting workout attire and bare feet will suffice. No lotion on your hands, feet or thighs.
