Come to FitnessEnvi to experience a blend of Hatha Yoga and learn the proper techniques to perform various Forearm Balances with Registered Yoga Instructor, Aubrey Worek.
You will learn how to incorporate safe strength-building techniques into your personal yoga practice. This special workshop will increase your mental and muscular endurance and help you establish new goals for yourself!
We’ll flow through a series of asanas (poses) that will also enhance your range of motion while learning how to handle your own body weight with forearm balances and some other basic inversions like handstands. Some partner assistance will be used.
No previous yoga experience is required but a basic fitness background is recommended for this particular workshop. Open to ages 13 and up.
