Pole Perfection is geared towards the further nurturing of your “pole brain.” We focus on skills to be executed on both the Right and Left sides of the body. We teach the names of all hand grip positions, anatomy, ballet terminology, and pole terminology. This was you will have a greater comprehension of all the layers and levels to pole dancing.
For example, “The Straddle Spin on Spin Mode.” Uses a full-bracket hand grip position, requires a pancake straddle, has two P.O.C.’s (points of contact), and uses the psoas (hip flexor) muscles tremendously. Safety and success – all in one amazing pole class. Bare feet can be an option if you do not have proper pole shoes yet…minimal clothing required (booty shorts, sports bra).
