Our special Date Night at FitnessEnvi is for any couple looking to add some spice to their Valentine’s night. We’re leveling it up this year with some Shibari knot tying lessons!
You’ll get to dance, play, laugh, and learn things that will bond you as a couple. Skills range from learning connected breathwork, basic dance moves, and partner stretching/yoga.
