Come experience the most effective ways to lengthen the lines of your legs, tone your arms and cinch your waist. 20 minutes of Barre work, 20 minutes of Center floor work and 20 minutes of putting it all together in a beautiful dance routine. Bare feet or ballet slippers if you own a pair. Dress in form-fitting clothing that you feel confident in dancing. Yes – you can bust out your old leotard too!
