EmPowered Yoga is designed to be a physical, mental, and spiritual makeover. Vinyasana flow sequences are uniquely designed for every class based upon who attends! No prior experience is necessary. Bring a mat, water and an open mind. Elements of Reiki, Tapping, and exercise science will be incorporated throughout our session. *Approximately 60 minutes
A message from Aubrey: I started practicing yoga in college to help me heal from an eating disorder. Yoga to me was more than the physical poses. It helped me quiet the distractions running through my mind as well as diminish doubt throughout my day. Today as a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) I am passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with you and am committed to giving you a special experience every time I teach. My goal is to help you find your inner peace.
