Full Body Fusion (drop-in)

FULL BODY FUSION captures all of your favorite body parts to train but in short-bouts that won’t totally annoy you or piss you off.
All levels are welcome so please join us for this absolutely fabulous full-body workout that is balanced to the max and will leave you feeling leaner than you did before. PLEASE wear/bring clean sneakers. 
Class format:
5 minute Warm-up (light cardio)
16 minute HIIT and LIIT using bands, ball, and dumbbells 
15 minutes – Dynamic Yoga 
20 minutes = Butts and Guts + Cooldown

Items needed:  Resistance band, Stability Ball, 1 weighted object (5-12 lbs) will be incorporated for the above exercise modalities *NOTE:  please bring your own stability ball OR reserve one in advanced as they are limited.
