All levels are welcome so please join us for this absolutely fabulous full-body workout that is balanced to the max and will leave you feeling leaner than you did before. PLEASE wear/bring clean sneakers.
5 minute Warm-up (light cardio)
16 minute TABATA
15 minutes – Dynamic Yoga
20 minutes = Butts and Guts + Cooldown
Items needed: Resistance band, Stability Ball, 1 weighted object (5-12 lbs) will be incorporated for the above exercise modalities
