This hour of kickboxing-power will help you unleash your inner beast and torch massive amounts of calories while sweating out toxins. Please wear non-street shoes into class (clean sneakers). Bring water, a towel, and eat a very light snack prior to class. No experience required. Bring a change of clothes if you plan on taking the class afterwards.
