You will learn basic pole dance and fitness moves that will help you understand how this unique art form has become so addictive over the years. Perfect for NEWBIES! NO experience necessary.IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT wear lotion or oils on your entire body (even watch out for crazy hair products). We want you to succeed the first time!
